Banking and Finance

We have considerable experience in domestic and international lending matters and assist clients with regulatory matters and deal structures including the negotiation and documentation involved in financing matters such as facility agreements, financial collateral, security or other guarantee agreements. This extends to restructuring of loans, bilateral and syndicated lending, drafting agreements or other instruments used by banks to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations

Competition

We work closely with our clients to develop business solutions in all aspects of competition law including merger control filings, preemptive measures and training programs. Real Estate and Construction

We provide full range of legal services relating to development, engineering, construction, leasing, management, structuring, financing, acquisition and disposals of commercial, residential and other properties, as well as assisting clients in expropriation lawsuits and procedures. Our expertise in applying the regulations in this area and dealing with authorities helps our clients achieve their goals, comply with the local regulations, and minimize the associated costs and risks. We also have considerable experience in relation to hotel projects and related management, development and franchise agreements.

Execution, Enforcement and Debt Collection

We provide services including initiation of execution proceedings for collection of receivables of local and foreign clients and conducting attachment transactions over the assets of debtors. Our expertise also covers pre-trial proceedings including drafting official notifications to debtors, negotiation and settling of debts, representing our clients before the courts during the trials, and post-trial proceedings such as enforcement of the court decisions.

We advise our clients in all aspects of the Capital Markets Law, their public offerings, tender offers, establishment of entities subject to Capital Markets Law, compliance with the Capital Market Board Regulations, settlement of disputes relating thereto and obtaining of required permissions and approvals.

Associations and Foundations

We have profound knowledge regarding associations and foundations and represent our clients by drafting, updating and revising articles of associations, bylaws, and all types of agreements, auditing their legal bodies and decisions, conducting necessary transactions in order to receive permissions in relation to day-to-day operational matters.

Sports Law

Our Sports Law practice includes representing amateur and professional athletes and clubs, preparing of sponsorship, advertising and licensing agreements, providing consultancy services related to infringement of trademarks and official merchandising.
